Upload the image you want printed on the front of the card, then tell us above whether it's landscape or portrait - that's how we know for certain which way to turn it, since phones and messaging apps often strip out the info we'd otherwise use to guess automatically. We'll automatically resize and convert it to a print-ready file at 8.5cm x 5.4cm (300 DPI) before it's sent to production. JPG, PNG or WEBP - the sharper and higher-resolution the original, the better it'll look printed. If your photo doesn't match this landscape card's shape, we'll rotate it 90° first, then fit the whole thing inside the card - nothing ever gets cropped or sliced off. If it's still not an exact match for the card's shape, we add a thin border in a colour picked from your image so it blends in.

Your review link

Important - use the direct "leave a review" link, not your general listing link. This is what makes the card work properly: customers tap it and land straight on the star rating screen, instead of your Maps listing or business page.

Google: sign in to your Google Business Profile as the owner, then look for "Ask for reviews" (also shown as "Get more reviews"). It gives you a short link starting with g.page/r/... (or a custom g.page/YourBusinessName/review if you've set a short name). Test it on your phone first - it should open straight onto the star rating box, not Google Maps.

TripAdvisor: open your business listing page on tripadvisor.com, find the "Write a Review" button, and copy that link (right-click it → "Copy link address" on desktop, or tap it and copy the resulting page URL). It'll look something like tripadvisor.com/UserReviewEdit-g123456-d123456-YourBusiness... - the "g" and "d" numbers are your listing's location and property IDs. Don't just copy your listing page URL, as that lands on your reviews list rather than the write-a-review screen.
